"I didn't become a Pranic Energy Experimenter by choice; I became one by necessity. My path has been paved with the heavy realities of the 'modern pulse'—navigating the delicate rhythms of my father’s journey through diabetes, kidney, eye failure and heart failure, and standing as a witness to my mother’s brave battle with breast cancer.
In the midst of this, my own body spoke up through a diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis. And as a mother, I have walked the high-speed roller coaster of parenting a neurodivergent son with severe allergies and asthma.
This was my laboratory.
Through these seasons of depletion, I had to learn how to audit my own energy just to survive. I had to find the poetry in the pain. These experiments in yoga, breath, and pranic healing weren't just 'practices'—they were the tools that allowed me to lead my family with a light in my heart, even when the world felt dark.
I don't teach from a place of perfection; I teach from the wisdom of the trenches. Every poem I write and every session I lead is infused with the truth that even when our 'energy reserve' feels bankrupt, there is a reservoir of peace waiting to be tapped."
