You'll be encouraged to focus on breathing in and out slowly and deeply. Prenatal yoga breathing techniques might help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through surges during labour.
Connect with baby
This is your opportunity to create some time for yourself to connect and bond with baby. Feel which positions feel comfortable for you and allow you to encourage baby to attain the optimal position for birth.
Feel empowered and calm
You are offered gentle stretches and postures which can make you feel energised and strong. You will also be guided through an amazing yoga nidra deep relaxation which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
