P A U S E
A space to audit the noise and rediscover your own quiet essence.
"I am a poet and pranic energy experimentor, rooted in a lifelong practice of yoga. For over 20 years, I have held space for hundreds of individuals and families as they navigate the profound transitions of parenthood and beyond.
If you have been carrying the weight of the 'modern pulse'—the stress of systemic navigation or the quiet hum of overwhelm—you are in the right place. My work is an audit of the heart; it is about more than just movement, it is about helping you rediscover your own natural rhythm.
Through my classes and community projects, we explore the depth of the yoga practice—finding physical stability, emotional release, and a clear, spiritual purpose. Together, we move toward a version of you that feels empowered, empathetic, and deeply at home in your own steady presence."
Exhale the weight of overwhelm and return to your centre.
We work together to shift your energy—moving from the noise of stress into a state of grounded courage and quiet, balanced ease.
“Step into the different rooms of this sanctuary—each a reflection of the paths we walk, the rhythms we audit, and the light we tend."
Reflections of light
I have been attending weekly maternity yoga classes with Deepa since I was 12 weeks pregnant and as a first time yogi, Deepa made me feel comfortable and at easy as I was nervous. The yoga has become a part of my day to day and has provided me with value tools to use during labour. I was also lucky to attend the yoga retreat during my 35th week and this focused afternoon provided me with further tools and information for me to tap into when needed.
Overall the yoga classes have made me feel calmer and more relaxed and connected with my body and baby. I can not recommend highly enough! :)

“We have been attending the Sunday evening yoga sessions online throughout the pandemic. They are such a great way to let go of any physical and mental tensions and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Deepa always leaves you with a technique or tip of incorporating yoga into your daily life and attending these classes have given us the tools to bring a little of that relaxing “Sunday” feeling to every day of the week.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to slow down or take a break from a busy lifestyle - an hour of this class and you’ll feel as though you’ve been on holiday for a week!.”

“I’m very pleased I was able to join the yoga fundamentals for family well-being course. Since the hypnobirthing sessions I had learned techniques to be mindful and calm, which sometimes is not easy when you are a first time mum.
Yoga has been a way to channel emotions in a more positive way. Specifically this course had help me to be more mindful on what are my needs and to be in tune with my family needs.
I have also learnt to let flow positive intentions and plant seeds that could be nurtured as and when needed, to live more in the moment without thinking to much in the past or the future. I will like to continue embracing this journey, with my daily practice and beyond.
Thank you again.”

The Audit of the Heart
Noise is the static of the modern world. The Audit is the choice to listen past it. Presence is what remains.
