I wish I write this letter as a ode of gratitude.

I accept when I'm alone or with beautiful friends,

When the mist of the morning begins to lift,

When you find that portal to paradise,

When the poet's pen and fingers begin to flow,

Meditate to the sound of the morning birds,

We are born

Let the sounds of nature soothe the soul,

Do you give yourself a moment to tap into that space?

When you're fortunate to have the blue sky view,

I'm fortunate to have a connection with the divine light,

This soul has been flying around in super stealth mode,

The coin is one, however the sides are two,

Movement is my go to for any emotional challenge or distress,

My dear, vegan chocolate loving child, has a heart of gold,

Sometimes the water does not effortlessly flow,

I felt whole, like a chocolate with my favourite filling,

Find the heart of happiness so dear,
